the unit we got was spotless and perfect with a sofa, tea tray, for example.

Exceptional place, it was reasonably clean and had attentive and pleasant staff in the foyer for forty minutes in full view of the receptionist. The room was newly remodelled and the bathroom spotless. There was comfy bed, a safe box, central heating and an iron.

The room was super spacious, with comfortable beds and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and free toiletries. Loved the tea and coffee making facilities and the fluffy bathrobes. Fitness classes were a nice touch for some relaxation. The staff were attentive and made dining a pleasure with an extensive menu offering delicious food.

The hotel had a lovely atmosphere with well-kept decor. The check-in process was smooth, as staff were accommodating during arrival.

It was just a decent option for a flash visit in Portadown with best value for money ratio. The staff were friendly and made sure we were promptly seated at dinner, which I appreciated. A tip, try to avoid peak times for meals to enjoy a more relaxed experience.

The staff was super friendly, especially when I needed help sorting out a billing issue. The room was massive and beds were like clouds. Breakfast was great too, but service at the bar felt kinda slow sometimes. All in all, a really nice experience near some lovely spots.
